My neighbor has an allis chalmers that is a little bit bigger than a cub but has a narrow front. I could not find any type of serial number or model number on it but was wondering if anyone knew what model it could be? There is also some type of A frame that bolts to the rear axle housing and goes to the front but dont know what it would be for. One last thing can you still get parts for allis chalmers and where? Thanks

It could possibly be a B, C, or CA. All three very good tractors. I own a CA but it has sat in my garage since purchase so I don't have much experience with it. Parts aren't too bad but not quite as easy as Farmall. Go to AGCO for parts. 3Pt convertions are available too. Actually they have quite a bit of power for their size. Almost 3x's more power than a CUB and not much larger physically but much heavier. My CA weighs 3000lbs. without loaded tires. They came in narrow or wide front and the wide front is pretty heavy duty also for its size.
