Thomas, Do you have a Zenith or Marvel Schebler on your Pony? If the MS, is it a fixed or adjustable jet? I may be able to get you an answer tomorrow if no one else knows.

It's a Marvel Schenler with a fixed jet. Thanks, Bob

Thomas, As it looked like I'd need to pull the carb and being somewhat lazy, I emailed McDonald Carb your question. Morgan replied 3/8-32. I didn't pull mine, so if that doesn't look right let me know.

Bob, that may be right. I was leaning toward 28 TPI. I didn't try a 32 guage. There are only about 3 threads on the jet and my eyes just don't do well looking at the small threads. They start running together on me. Haha. I wanted to be certain before I started doing this so I wouldn't mess it up. I'll see what I can come up with. Thanks!
