It is supposed to be nice tomorrow. Maybe I can get Dad to give me a hand and get a couple pics.
I will take a few measurements too....
Yeah, it is scary, but it does work. He uses it every year, unless of course I get the hydraulic splitter from our neighbour first -- then he helps me split my wood and we then split his.... a little safer.
Although, as George said -- they scare me too! but only in the hands of inattentive people (well I guess that is the a bunch....), there have been many articles over the last few years of people losing their fingers or hands after getting them caught between the ram plate and either the log or the head.....
