Up here in the northwest we never get too hot...until last weekend, so I bought an air conditioner. Highs this weekend are going to be in the 90's. Our windows are not conventional "double hung" They slide left to right so the mounting kit was worthless for installation, so I improvised.....yep, duct tape and garbage bags! Ahhhhhhhhhh

Freebirds dont look bad compared to mine. Last week I cut a piece of plywood to cover My front door opening and then cut a hole in the plywood to fit the ahaaaa conditioner in. I cant use My door now but it sure did make life bearable in this/todays 113°s temperature. I will remove this in september or october.
