Gee that looks an awful lot like my Frost and Woods New 8 mower. Looks like the very same place I found it in too! I guess they were all pretty similar back then. Looks like a nice project to play with. Not sure what that truck is, but looks like something I could get my teeth into -- wooden carriage work ---- mmmmmmm fun in the sun Confusion breeds Discussion which breeds Knowledge which breeds Confidence which breeds Friendship

Nice "Pic's Ed, That mower sure apears to be in good shape. The truck I couldn't tell ya. But it sure has a big engine for its time. looked like a six cylnder. Might be worth some big Bucks$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
Hey Ed,
That is one nice lookin mower! Heck, its sooo cold up there that it didnt even rust! Should make a nice project. I bet Case IH still stocks the cutter bar. When I rebuilt that 16A sicklemower for the A, a couple of years ago they still had the knifebar in stock! Heck, that mower is only 65 years old! scotty
that truck looks like a good candidate for the "It ran when I parked it" section of the StoveBolt Page.com
