If you can't fix it with a hammer, you've got an electrical problem.

John,
Super in French is super.
The word supera in Spanish is from the verb superar which means to beat, to surpass, to over take etc...
The verb is the same in Portuguese.
A direct interpetation for Super would be estupendo in Spanish or muito giro or bacana in portuguese.

More than we needed to know, HUH.

I always thought a Super A was an overweight, overpowered, overpriced version of the Cub that isn't nearly as much fun.

That's odd. I thought a Cub was an understrength, underpowered, overpriced version of a Super A.

Well, the A and B did come before the Cub.... now the Super A did come out in 1947 same as the Cub but they only made 80 or so.
So I will go along with Jim. :-)
