Brent,
I got a kick out you mentioning rouge red. I just came from Carter and Gruenewauld and there was a guy at the counter who wanted to buy some paint for his tractor. The parts man got him the correct color (2150) but the guy keep saying that it was not the right paint.
The parts man (Ken Updike) told him yes it was but the guy kept saying it was not the right paint. He wanted Farmall Red and the paint Ken was selling him was "rouge red".
Ken gave up trying to explain to him it was the right paint.
Case-IH labels the paint in both French and English. The paint is just RED,
Rouge is RED in French.
