When I look at the page, my machine uses the QuickTime viewer to display the picture. This seems odd to me but it worked so I didn't worry about it. When I tried the page just now, I got a "search time limit has expired" message. After that, I clicked on "full text" them the "images" button and it came up.

Maybe you will have better luck doin a search from scratch:

1) http://www.uspto.gov/
2) Hit "Patents Search" (left side of screen)
3) Hit "Patent Number Search" (left side of that screen)
4) Type in 2700233 and hit "search"
5) You should now have a page where you can click the "Images" button to see it.
