Lost My Canine Daughter YesterdayHad to put down my little dog yesterday we have had for 12 wonderful years. From the time she was diagnosed with cancer till she died was 8 days. Hardly enough time to get adjusted to the idea. We buried her in her favorite spot in the back yard. We put her bed and all her toys in the coffin with her. I sure hope there is a dog Heaven because she would surely qualify.
Merlin, I have a very soft spot in my heart for our canine friends as I know you do. I know you're going to miss her greatly. Nothing I can say will make it any better. I share your loss my friend. God Bless!

Merlin,
My sympathy! Every day I think of how quiet it will be after Reba is gone. She turns 11 this month. Her little marble tombstone is already made and ready to join the row of six others. Artemis, Bonita, Irma, Oscar, Shasta, and Bailey. I hope it is a long time yet. Only a dog lover can understand. ![]() George Willer

In August I had to put my Spook down after 10 years as part of our family. He was just that - family. I still hurt, I miss him every day. Every time I look out the dining room window, or go to the shop to work on Ellie, I see Spook. They say time will heal all wounds. I sure hope so, cause this one is still open Confusion breeds Discussion which breeds Knowledge which breeds Confidence which breeds Friendship
