If you can't fix it with a hammer, you've got an electrical problem.

Hey Donny,
Make sure you have the bottom radiator hose in hand when you put the front on the motor...clamps, too. I guess you could always take the inlet pipe back off to get the hose on but, you might ruin the gasket.

a phot in Bermuda Ken's book showed the lower radiater hose in place as the front rad support was being installed. i just followed that lead and avoided having to do it over.
of course, i managed to mess up a couple of other places (like a leaking rear axel seal that didn't get replaced)
sure did come apart easy the SECOND time

Hey Donny thats looking good. I wish you luck and hope it starts and runs as good as my dirty old rusty engine in My half-azzed Cub does, Or did 9-months ago when I last started & ran it.
:Curious:, Did you ever try getting that auxillery engine running that was included in the Oregon deal?.

Bud,
I did think about the hose but thought I could put it in when I recoulpe the tractor. I think it would have been easier to leave the inlet off though. We shall see in a couple of weeks.
JB,
Haven't messed with it yet. Too many irons in the fire.
No one has said anything about the stainless hardware. The correct police won't like it but I do. Makes for a nice contrast.
