Postby John *.?-!.* cub owner » Mon Apr 26, 2004 9:43 pm

received a picture of some great looking red wind chimes this evening.

The smaller parts that are going to be a different color still have to be painted. There are more pictures at http://home.centurytel.net/ejpuckett/CU ... d%20parts/

John
Looks great, I know that you are anxious.
Maybe it has been discussed previously, but could you identify the paint being used on each tractor. The one in the foreground is a brighter, more of what I call a "fire engine red", than the one in the background.
I personally like the brighter red better.

I used IH 2150 Red to paint both tractors. The flash from the camera makes the paint look brighter. I did thin down the paint with IH reducer and I also used a hardener. The hardener makes the paint dry faster and also makes it shine. 8)

That splains it, Lucy.
