Did I miss it?

Postby DanR » Wed Dec 12, 2007 6:14 am

Yesterday it was 82 deg. here. The pastures are green again. I know I'm getting a little slower now but did I miss winter?

Keep it over there if you don't mind. :D I've spent too much on heating oil already.

Just to bring you boys back to reality. While you were mowing and cooking I was finishing up plowing the 8 inches of snow we got the previous day. Today the high was about 15 and the wind was blowing. On top of that the ignitor went on the furnace in the shop during the storm Thursday night and I had to make 2 trips to the heating place because the first new one was bad. Now they are saying another 8 to 14 inches tonight and tomorrow. I'm not compaining here. Just letting you know that winter is alive and well in upstate New York.
