Go to Rudi's manual site. On the home page, there's a link to the Navistar Free Gas Cap Offer.

If you can't fix it with a hammer, you've got an electrical problem.

Just bought one last week for $35 Guess I should have read faster. The gasket was missing on mine. Must have gas fumes I was breathing made me miss this one.

Ordered my caps on April 1st, received them today.
Mine took a bit longer cause they had to clamber over yonder mountains and fight their way thru mighty flocks of cicadas erupting from virgin soil after 17 years of subterranean existence. Those critters sound like an army of electric weed wackers up in the trees and leave a terrible mess on your windshield when you hit them at highway speeds.
