A one-tractor Christmas parade

Postby lildog » Sun Dec 23, 2007 10:03 am

Coming back from going to dinner with Mom last night, we were treated to one of Dad's neighbors giving his grandkids their own personal Christmas parade on his Farmall. Sorry for the quality of the cell-phone pic, but it's the only camera I had on me at the time.

You should have seen it in person John. Much more colorful than in the picture. Quite a neat setup with a small Honda generator strapped to the toolbox on the right side of the tractor.

If you can't fix it with a hammer, you've got an electrical problem.

My wife says I don't listen to her. - - - - - - - - Or something like that!

That looks great. Yesterday I saw a pickup truck all done up. On the tonnau(sp) cover he had a Christmas diplay all lit up and somehow fastened down. It really looked neat. I haven't seen a tractor done up yet, but would love too. Maybe next year I could do one.

Saw this one on YouTube yesterday. Someone not only decorated their car, but also coreographed it to music a la those ridiculous houses you've seen on the news.
