1947 international i-4 shift pattern

does anyone know the shift pattern for my i-4.im pretty sure its not the standard 5 speed pattern.i think its left up rev down ist.then i get lost is it middle up 2 or3 or 3up down 2.they are so close.then is it all the way right 4 up 5dn or 5 up 4 dn.i read that the shift pattern is different than a h.the dealer is no help.i only use rev and 1st.i want to take it down the road,but this shift pattern is bugging me.these gears are so close,your input will be very helpful.thank you alot :?:

Yup same as H but with diffrent grearing (faster) speeds.

Same as the H up through 560/660. Some had the 5th gear locked out. Usually the ones with steel wheels or some industrials.

o.k. then why in the repair book does it say,and i queote.it says.the shift pattern is the same except 2nd and 3rd speed positions are interchanged?thanks

I wouldn'r know why the manual would say that, our W4, I4, and OS4 all have teh same shift pattern as the H.
