I have been try to figure out this Avitar thing for my profile. I can get the size but I seem to get to 6kb, Here is the pic I want to use maybe you guys can figure it out. I am done with the Cub . This is the only picture I have, Thanks for your help.

The pictures need to be on an internet host for others to see. One such host is the Cubfest host above or at this link: http://photos.cubfest.com/

Others will be along to help you with resizing your picture as I don't have the software to make sizing changes effectively... Good luck!!

Steve, can't help you much since it's not on a server I can access.

The best "Free Software" to do what you want is called "IrfanView".

It's free, and you can easily download it and it's simple to use.

If you still have problems, email the file to me, I'll re-size it for you and send it back to you?
