well My tractor is sunk, my corn field was under 3 foot of water and now my garden.
yes that is a gas pump to pump water out of the garden, that long line of water is where I planted blue corn I got from sonny
This is my other garden
what has not drowned from water has been eaten off or in half by the deer. Looks Like I will be planting almost 400 plants all over again. the only thing that has survived so far is my strawberries and potatos.

There IS something to be said for rolling ground!! Next problem is to keep the soil from washing away! Soon we will go from winter to summer - I think spring is going to miss us this year! (the dandelions are doing well tho!!)

Re: goes along with Sonnys garden post (too much rain)
Now THAT IS a bunch of water!!!! We don't have that much!!!----In fact our daily rains are now down to sprinkles, and we will probably be heading into the drought!----Its wet underneath, so I have been working with the smaller tractors, (cubs, cub cadet 147, Deere GT 262 and the smaller tillers), Don't want to make a hard layer down under the surface that I can't break up later on and also future water cant soak down, so I try to limit the trips and weight on th gardens for that reason!--I had deep ripped it last summer and so far the water don't stand on top after a heavy rain! thanks; sonny

Those pictures look like my garden. We have had a little over 6 inches of rain this week. Think I should have planted rice this year.

well my main garden is done with a hand full of potatos and strawberries picked. The rest got brush hoged today. All the early rain did the tomato plants and blue corn in. they never really got growing.
