Lildog's surgery

Postby Bigdog » Tue Aug 19, 2008 3:54 pm

John had surgery on his arm today. They installed a metal plate. All went well and the surgeon was pleased with the results. He is resting overnight at the hospital and should be discharged tomorrow afternoon.

Hello everybody. I'm home and doing well. I now get to start re-learning how to use my arm. Good news is Doc says I now have the ability to predict the weather. Don't worry guys, My right arm is my omelette flipping arm, so that ability should not be diminished. Besides, I have almost a whole year to recuperate for that.

Seriously, now... Thanks for all the well wishes. It means the world to me that so many of you were thinking about and praying for me and my family. This forum truly has some of the best people in the world as its members and I'm proud to know you.

But then again, that might just be the percocet talking  Is it naptime again? cool.
