According to the serial number charts on ATIS.net - http://www.atis.net/CubFAQ/cub_faq.html#q13 the number series lo-boys started with serial number 7505 in 1968. Your serial number of 6951 is a bit puzzling. anyway, The first of the number series was the 154 and that model would have been the only one with a 4 digit serial number.

Maybe some more research is required.

Do you have any pictues of your Cub? One quick look would do the trick! Is the engine offset to the left when sitting in the operator's seat? If so, it is an International Cub LoBoy. If the engine is directly in front of you when sitting in the operator's seat, then you have an International Cub 154, 184 or 185!

There was a Cub that was designed like the 154, but was only designated a Low Boy. Apparently not too many, but they are out there.
If you are not part of the solution,
you are part of the problem!!!

I have seen a few FCUB loboys here so far they maybe more popular out this way for cutting grass rather than farming. I seen a fcub square nose loboy on sunday mowing. One of my local dealers had a fcub loboy with a sickle bar for sale last month. I have also seen the same numbers of fcub's here too maybe the numbers are more equal here?(1 to 1)
I'm technically misunderstood at times i guess its been this way my whole life so why should it change now.

Dick has sent me pictures, and I am working on resizing them. I can say that this is NOT a numbered series LoBoy, but an International LoBoy of the late 50's... Pictures forthcoming shortly!!

And HERE is Dick's Cub LoBoy...NOT a numbered series, but a nice Diamond in the Rough cub!

Richard's Lo Boy 1.JPG

Looks like the tires are either flipped side to side, or this cub did most of its pulling in REVERSE!

One more picture...under next post...

Your serial number is early 1958. From the picture that Mike put up for you, the hood appears to be a later '58 with the earlier stainless "International Cub" emblems. The grille is also later '58. Maybe my eyes are playing tricks on me with those emblems. The pancake headlights look like early '58, too.
