Welcome to the Forum. You'll have a lot of fun with your Cub, and a lot of fun with the guys and gals here who also own Cubs.

Welcome to the forum David!
Man, are you ever in the middle of Cub country! You’re living in a good spot for having a lot of help and a ton of fun. The only drawback is that most the Cubs around your area are already in Big Dog’s barn. :lol:

The Dotson Brothers and Denny as well as others are all within an hours drive. Not to mention these CubFests coming up in the summer of 2009;
• Barnyard Bash (May) 2 ½ hrs
• Ohio CubFest (June) 1 ¾ hrs
• Buckeye Cub Tug (July) 1 ½ hrs
• Central Indiana CubFest (Sept) just a little over 3 hours away

Check the announcements section for dates for these as well as other CubFests. I hope to meet you at one.
There are two ways to get enough Cubs. One is to continue to accumulate more and more. The other is to desire less.

Welcome, David. As Barnyard said you're in the center of a mess of Cubs. I'm from Sidney, Gary Dotson is from West Mansfield, too, and Larry Dotson is between Bellefontaine and West Liberty and Gene Dotson is north of DeGraff.

Dave lives only a couple miles from me and we have been friends for many years. Although he's new to tractors, he has a great deal of background in mechanical projects of all sorts, ranging from heavy equipment to race cars. I guess Larry & I are responsible for his venture into Cub ownership.

One of Dave's best attributes is his ability to tell a good story, it's always a good time.
