Hate to see this one go. Now that dad passed away a few tractors will surely be sold. Put a snow blade on front of this '67 and it does a wonderful job of keeping Mom's driveway cleared. Figured that would make her want to keep it. But, it's more mower than you need in town and she figures a smaller garden tractor will keep the snow off also.posting.php?mode=post&f=1# Always liked the '67 as it was the year I was born (and it's still in better shape than me lol). Oh well will wait and see what happens.
See ya
Darren

Re: 1967 lowboy
Darren, It's a nice looking tractor; if it is near and dear to your heart, I think you should do everything possible to keep it!! Matching your birth year with your tractor is kind of cool; and I think its worth the effort to keep it!
Good Luck!

Re: 1967 lowboy
Darren, you know your situation more than anyone, if it must go, it must, but it would sure be great if you could keep it. The ties to your dad and your birth year are real neat. (besides, it is a great looking Cub!) I have no practical working use for a Cub at my house, I live in a neighborhood and push mow my yard. BUT there are other reasons... and I am sure this post could go on and on with supportive reasons to keep it You can't hang on to everything, but some things are worth trying more than others, you have to make that call. We have all got rid of things we wish we had kept, not sure how you really make that call, just follow your heart and billfold and good luck in your decision.
