Bearings and Such for 130

Postby EZ » Fri Feb 20, 2009 5:41 pm

For any who might be interested.

Just got the prices for bearings in trans of 130 from Case IH in southern Ontario.

ST 202 (Diff bearing) 2 req'd @ 46.93ea.

ST 205A $36.13..... 1 req'd.

ST 246 (Bearing w/snap ring) $40.65... 1 req'd

49 339 D (Bearing w/ inner race) No stock...$79.53

ST 213 T $27.76......1 req'd.

Thrust washers for the diff are no longer available.

The oil seals for the trans shafts are $30.91

So as you can see, these are some heavy products. The prices are CDN Funds. The rebuild of the transmission alone will be upwards of $400.

I could save a few $ by making some of my own gaskets, but not enough for the time saved.

Isn't this fun!

it is a little discouraging! Seems like prices keep rising and the value of a dollar (us anyway) keeps falling.
