radiator cap

my napa dealer is a lot closer than my ih dealer does napa have a radiator cap that would look like the old one, and if not will the new one from the ih dealer look like the old one , thanks i just finished the replacement of the lower rad. hose thanks for all the info

I don't think the no-pressure caps are still available. You should be able to get a 4 to 7 pound cap from NAPA and it will look like the one you will get from the dealer.

bjgravley, if you want the original cap you should look at one of the used parts dealers on the home page. Be sure the cap has the brass insert too so it will fit right. Its not shown in the manual, but there should be a piece of cardboard between the cap and the brass inset for the best fit.
