1-point and sickle?

Postby Ralph » Tue Nov 16, 2004 8:39 pm

Does anyone know for shure that a standard cub sickle bar mower will work on a cub with fast hitch.
I have been told that you just have to shim the bracket that mounts to the final drive and adjust the front of the pull bail for clearance on the shaft.
If any one knows anything different pklease let me know.

Thanks
Ralph

If you can't fix it with a hammer, you've got an electrical problem.

I always use my sickle on my industrial Cub with the 1 point on the tractor.

It's no problem on a Lo-Boy with an L-22 mower.
