Re: I need capacity for H gear boxFrom I&T IH-8.
Final drives each: 3 1/2 quarts. Transmission/differential: 24 quarts No other info in this reference. I have an excuse. CRS.
Re: I need capacity for H gear boxThe transmission holds 6 gallons of 80-90 gear lube, the hydraulic belly pump holds 6 quarts of oil, (hydraulic or engine oil works well), and the pulley gearbox holds about a pint.

Re: I need capacity for H gear boxChanged mine when I first got it.Bought a 30 gal drum of 80w90.Glad I did before the price went through the roof.I thought it was 8 gals in the rear-trans?? Don't remember well.Fluid that came out really wasn't to bad,but I'm sure it was time for a change.Kevin
