Yikes! It's green!

Postby brianJ » Tue Apr 14, 2009 7:29 pm

I placed a want ad on my local kijiji and a guy sent me an e-mail to tell me he had a Farmall for sale.

I think this is illegal in parts of Illinois.

That is in fact illegal in Illinois unless your father in law is your Dads younger brother.

Could have experienced a head injury at some point or suffers from color blindness but one could still read the paint can.

That is a sad sight to see and the light on the side of the grille doesn't help it either.

Reminds me of a picture taken at a JD show I saw one time. It was a Farmall M painted JD green, with a sign on the side that read "John Deere's ideal tractor". They said it almost caused a fight.

John, that's exactly what I was thinking with this one. Don't take it to a show or there might be a dust up.

It is amazing when you look at a coat of paint and different locations for the headlights how much it makes me think of an Oliver tractor...

I like IH red better!!

I would take it to shows just to see what kind of uproar I could start. I am still debating with myself what color I am going to paint my 48 I am rebuilding.

I'd take to Red Power Roundup and charge a Dollar a rock to throw at it! Retirement in 1 hour!
That tractor is just wrong......... Hope the poor guy got his Meds. straightened out

We have enough problems in Illinois, we sure don't need that one! I'm kinda thinking it needs a one way ticket to South America

You folks form Illinos should get together and strap a couple of your ex governors to it and take it to either RPRU or to a Gathering of the Green.

$1 for a small rock or $2 for a big one but throw them at the painter instead.
