I buy the louisiana style pork ribs two in a pack at costco.
On meat side garlic salt and fresh cracked pepper.
Set grill with special rack to elevate both ribs.
Run outside burners middle off for 275 degrees.
Meat side down for 1 hr 15 minutes.
flip ribs and cook for 45 minutes.
Flip back over and smother with Jack Danials #7 BBQ sauce and cook for 20 more minutes.
Shut off BBQ and let ribs set while it cools down.
Done....drink lots of budlight while cooking and enjoy.
Takes a long time but so worth it.

Donny. Burners thats one of those things on the grill that has no where for charcoal or hard wood, I am pretty certain. I use one of those too, my only problem with this is the Budlight, How about a nice Sam Adams summer ale or maybe even a Corona? I have heard Texans know something about grilling.

It's true Joe, I do know a little about a grill, first you have to get the beverage right, the preferred is Fat Tire, of course

I agree, I know a Texan who makes a mighty fine slab of ribs...

Donny I like the Dr Seuss quote, Mullberry Street is less than twenty miles from me in Springfield Ma., Theodore Guiselle, aka Dr Suess's home town. I love his books.
