Black bearMy neighbor across the road has seen a young black bear several times. The last time Sunday the bear was sitting on the patio. I have seen bear dung 3 times at my place near the corn patch. The black berries are starting to ripen and the mulberry trees are full. Seems I had a visitor last night. He went up the mulberry tree in the back yard apparently to eat berries and took a dump on top of a bird house about seven feet up. Probably the blackberries will be next. I hope the neighbors don't freak out.
