Winter Storm in Huachuca Mt.

Postby Arizona Mike » Wed Dec 29, 2004 4:38 pm

The storm thats just started is a warm one for this time of year. Its 55 degrees now with gusty warmer winds. The wind can briefly gust up to 70 mph and come from different directions here in this canyon. No snow below 8000'... so no snow here. The mountain tops will get a few feet.

To some folks a winter storm's not something they're real thrilled to hear about, but for a southern Illinois transplant, rain is always welcome.

If I hadn't broke my arm last week, I would have had everything around here disced up and fertilized again  I think by next week I should be ok to disc 8) 8) 8)

Go ahead rub it in. Maybe you can instruct the wife to disc. After all she broke your arm for looking in the package.
