Hello everyone,

name's Jim Bordelon, located in Louisiana. I've been lurking around this forum for over a year, having purchased a '58 Cub last July. So far I've gotten a lot of good advice, and hope to return the favor in time.

My dad bought a '58 Cub ~49 years ago, and he and the tractor are still around, with wear and tear to show. The longevity and simplicity of these tractors was a big selling point, and finding the parts vendors through this forum has been a gold mine.

So, with all that out of the way, thanks in advance for the welcome!

Jim

My tractor and I are the same age, and we'v both seen better days.

Jim:

One of the best things in life is being able to share a common interest with one's father/son etc., and you got that. Getting your own cub to play with ranks up there. Glad you came in out of the woodwork,... and you probably already know your way around, but just in case..
