Cub-Bud called me about 8:30 this morning, Kacy gave birth to a healthy baby girl at 1:24am. Haylee is 6 pounds, 1 1/2 ounces, and 18 inches long. Kacy and Haylee are doing fine, but Bud sounded a little frazzled.
