Copy and Paste?

If I want to "move" a whole post to reply to a question, rather than just posting a link; is there an easier way to do it than highlighting a page or two to copy and paste?

edited: for instance, someone asks a question and I want to give them a page out of the service manual, etc. and not just have the link in my reply.

Yup... there is. Depending on what you want to do there are a couple ways to do it. And I hope I am reading this right.. otherwise I may make myself look a little stoopid.. - oh well, BTDT on more than one occasion

If you simply want to reference the material, then simply quote it and poof, already cut and pasted. If you want to quote the material as well as make reference to the initial thread that it was in, then you can click PM the author, copy and cut the whole PM, hit the back button, then go to the thread you want to paste it into and poof.. the whole post is there.

If you want to copy the page from the service manual, simply use the image tags instead of the url tags. 99% of all the pages on the server are .jpg's which are image files. Then the image will be inserted. I think that is what you meant. I can't see anything else, so I hope I got that right..

I use these all the time to make things quicker.
