Super A Hydraulics
Did all Super A's have hydraulics? How do you tell a Super A from a regular A?
There are two ways to get enough Cubs. One is to continue to accumulate more and more. The other is to desire less.

As far as I know all Super A's came with hydraulics. If you can get at the serial number plate the Super A has a different prefix then the regular A. I think it is FAA instead of FA but don't quote me on that one. I would have to look it up again.

Re: Super A Hydraulics
An A did not even have a place to mount the reservoir, The dash is different , they had the same type steering post as the cub, where the Supers had one similar to the 140s. The early ones did not have a place to mount the pump. The starter has the switch in a different place on the starter. The finials were different where the draw bar mounts. I am sure the last ones made may have had places to mount the pomp and reservoir as they needed to be tooled up for the Super As.

Re: Super A Hydraulics
Thanks guys! I saw this for sale and it was listed as a Super A. I thought it should have had hydraulics but wasn't sure.

Hey Bill, here is the one you need.
Just think what a cool addition this would be at the Bash.

Re: Super A Hydraulics
Roy, with all the rain we had, that would have been ideal to get around with. I heard some one say barnyard was all wet, I don't know if I misunderstood.that or not.
I'd like to have that set up on a Cub like Dirt Devil has.
