Cub 6 tool bar infoBought Dale's toolbar, but will need to make guide rails (part #4&5 on pg. 13 of manual in manual forum) Sorry I'm not smart enough to copy to this post. Does anyone have access to these parts to give me the measurements so I can make a set. Thanks. John

Re: Cub 6 tool bar info
Thanks Hank, I had some dimensions from Dale, but evidently I deleted 'em Bill
Re: Cub 6 tool bar infoThanks fellows. I don't have them here yet, but I want to be ready to mount them. You know how a kid with a new toy is.
Re: Cub 6 tool bar infoTinnerjohn, did you make it to the "world's largest tractor parade" this weekend? Check out the for sale section, I have some cultivator pieces parts for sale, maybe what you need?
Re: Cub 6 tool bar infoMoved this back to top. Still need the dimensions if someone can help. I can probably come close by trial and error, but we all know how that can work sometimes. Thanks again. John
Re: Cub 6 tool bar infoTinnerjohn, I think that your toobar is on my trailer as we speak. It is heavy enough to provide ballast behind cub. We plan to be at Bigdog's tomorrow afternoon.

Great. I'll see you this afternoon (I'll be near the pig roasting spit) so we can make the switch. Bill "The probability of life originating from accident is comparable to the probability of the unabridged dictionary resulting from an explosion in a printing shop." Edwin Conklin, biologist
Re: Cub 6 tool bar infoThankyou Big Hoss and Bill. Have a safe trip there and back and a great time at the Tug. Wish I could make it. Maybe next year. John
Re: Cub 6 tool bar infoDoes anyone have dimentions for this thing ?

Re: Cub 6 tool bar infoHeres some measurements. The bar is 1.75 sq. X 56". The arms are 1" X 2 3/8 " X 38 1/2" with a 25 degree bend 20" from the tractor end (where they pin to part 6). Hope this helps. If you want, PM your address and I'll mail some pics and measurements. Sorry, but I haven't been able to master that stuff on the computer. John
Re: Cub 6 tool bar infoThanks for posting those dimensions a while ago, it's really useful.
I'm curious about the bracket too (part 6) -- can someone tell me how long it is end-to-end, and how thick/wide the piece of steel it's made from is? -David
Re: Cub 6 tool bar infoDavid, I just checked one of mine. I bracket is 1/2"X3" Flat stock, 12 1/2" to inside of bend on long side, 4 1/2" on short side. Don't forget the offset since the toolbar arms are narrower than the finals, unless your custom building that. If it would help, I could send you a tracing of mine if you PM your address. Hope this helps and pause at 11:11 AM to remember our veterans. John
