Great site! I love old farmalls, especially the Cub. I have great memories from when I was a kid cultivating my fathers tobacco and our garden with a little 1950 Cub. I would drive it around like it was my car, when the work was done. Time went by and as I became a young adult, my interest went from tractors and helping on the farm, to women and cars. Now at 40, I'm married with my own family and we grow produce and use several old farmall/international's in our operation. My most recent purchase is a 1975 Cub that was restored several years ago and since has only been used as a show/parade tractor. It will make a great little cultivating tractor for us. I just wanted to introduce myself and say thanks to whoever is responsible for this site. I love the photos of all these beautiful little Cubs, and the knowledge on here is phenominal.

Darin, welcome to the site! I am just up the river from you near Harrison Ohio.

Thanks for the warm welcome. Do any of you guys collect other Farmalls as well? My plans are to to get some cultivators for the Cub so I can sell my Super A or maybe do some horse trading for a wide front end M. I've always loved those tractors. Any Cub meets coming up soon in the tri-state area?

Darin, Lots of variety of tractor collectors on here, check out the Farmall or other tractor sections and even the classified section, you can even post a "trade" if you want to go that route. Rudi recaps upcoming shows in the Announcement section viewtopic.php?f=8&t=47817 The Central Indiana Cub Fest in Tipton, IN on Sept. 17th & 18th would be well worth your time to come and see and meet a bunch of great folks. That is the first one I attended and thought I would "swing by and check it out", figured an hour or two at most. Spent the entire day there and hated to leave. Several people offered their Cubs to plow with and by the afternoon I had tried it and had a blast! I now go to 3 or 4 a year and this year will be my third Central Indiana to attend (wow this ended up a personal testament ) Hope to meet you there!
