oil pressure
Haven't started my super A in almost a year so I took out the spark plugs and turned it over to check oil pressure. None??? Is there a place to add oil to prime the pump? Thanks, Doug

Re: oil pressure
Super A has an oil pump mounted in the oil pan, so i would not think priming to be necessary. It will take a lot of cranking to build pressure, it has to run long enouhg to fill the filter housing, and in the meantime it is running back out through the return hole in the bolt.

Re: oil pressure
Make sure the engine oil is up to the full level.
Remove the oil filter housing and check for oil flow when cranking the engine.
