Parts, parts and even more parts i see!!!!

Postby BigBill » Fri Nov 06, 2009 6:06 pm

We took a break from my FEL project today to clean up the garage. We took two car loads of junk non tractor related to the dump. My subie was so full only one person would fit in the driver seat so i stayed home. As we are digging thru the stuff I am finding more parts than i knew about. Everything for 154's, cadets and for my fcub. My point is my kids will beable to run these awesome machines thru out there lifetime too.

Is anyone stocking up on parts?

Let me get this straight. First: you are restoring carbon producing, ineffecient, polution generating clunkers? Second: you loaded a huge amount of debris into your gas guzzler and, without the thought of recycleing, drove to a formerly pristine wilderness area and dumped it? HMMM You are the guy they are warning us about. Are we healthy yet??

My scrap steel goes to the town scrap bin and my garbage goes to the town dump. Were up to 4 car loads of junk now. I can see all my tractor parts and i can even see my garage floor.

I been thinking of going green but i'm fighting it. I know the johnny pops are interesting too they seem a different design over the rest of the tractors. I'm looking at a JD B with the twin cylinder horizontal engine. I don't have a clue about them or what there worth.

I just grabbed a second creeper setup for a 154 from ebay and it wasn't cheap but there awesome to have in a 154. My last of 3 int154's has the creeper with the orginal IH plow and its awesome to go slow when using it. The higher speeds seem to jar the machine more. I'd like to get another one or even creeper parts too.
