Camera Pictures Stuck in Camera

Postby redfin » Sat Oct 09, 2010 2:42 pm

The pictures I rook at Stonethrow this year are stuck on the HDSC card in my camera. When I try to upload it says no picutres on camera ( the card is unlocked by the way)... When I use another card all is well. Any thoughts. :?:

Jim:

Do you have a card reader in your computer or as a peripheral? You might then be able to copy or move the pics to your harddrive. Can you verify via the LCD veiwer on your camera that there are actually pics on the card :?: If so, then there is a corruption somewhere and the only fix might be to remove the card and try to read it via the card reader.

I have an SD card that refuses to accept that it isn't locked... so I can't move pics from that card nor can I format it. I guess it will be permanent storage for some pics... :big give up:

Just don't do what I did. I tried to loosen them up with a hammer. They were stuck good.

I can see the pictures in my camera's LCD screen and all appears well. Compurer says no pictures in camera. Ried new card an all is well. I am sure someone I know has a reader of some sort and I will report back. Thanks again. :D

Red, take one more pic, it may work then. I have had mine to do that when it sets for a while. You may have to erace one pic if the card is full so you can take one.
Boss  I am betting it will work
