Hello from Connecticut All,Hey everyone,
My name is Don and recently purchased a 1948 cub. I hail from the North East USA the state of Connecticut.. After looking through the internet for information on International Harvester I discovered your fine place here and hope to get to know alot more about my cub and may be meet a few of you at the shows around here. Congratulations on acquiring your very first Cub .. you may find that they are very addictive. Follow the links below they should be of some help as there is a real treasure trove of information available to our members. Also you might want to check out the CubFests and Gatherings Calendar. Unfortunately Cecil's CubFest Northeast is occuring as we speak and most of the NorthEast gatherings are over for the year. However, next year would be a good idea to take in as many fests as you can possibly make. You will enjoy them and make life long friends.

Went to few machine and tractor gatherings in the past few years particularly the CAMA in Kent Ct and just recently in Colchester Ct at Zagray farm. Spoke with a few cub owners and next thing I knew.."cub fever".. Thanks again and take care..

The HitNmiss1923 comes from my first "old engine" a FairBanks Morse 1-1/2 hp Dishpan 1923. Still trying to get it running, she'll pop and smoke but floods out everytime... I'll get that sucker running one of these days..Take care..

Art needs to fess up and give us the date for the Spring Show @ Zagray. It could be April 29th, 30th, & May 1st or it could be May 6th, 7th, & 8th. Nothing on their website yet. Peter
