Oil Pump Gears

Is the oil pump drive gear & idler gear the same? This is my second cub engine & I guess I was asleep at the wheel on the first one, because I don't remember both gears being the same. Both gears have a place for the keyway. Thanks for any help.

No, they are not. Only one should have a keyway.
