G'day and welcome. Where are you .. Bathurst or Tetagouche ? I am just down the road in Dieppe right by the airport - old terminal.

PJ:

If you are down this way give me a ring.. we can meet for coffee and chew the fat. There are a couple of us here that are into Cubs and Farmalls. Probably the next time I will get up Bathurst way most likely will be in the spring. All depends if my Brother-in-law has to work up there in which case I might be up for a day with the crane.

Nice Cub btw... and I am curious about the linkages for the blade. Interesting :D

Nice Ram in the background too :!:

Alot of the blade mechanics was found in the dust belonging to the City Of Bathurst Public Works.....They may have had one at one time......I added a few pieces to make her work and I drive the hydraulics with a Ford Power steering pump. I removed the assembly today when I started wrenching the cub and I doubt that it will be going back on. The 90 hp New Holland moves my snow. That Ram is my baby 1 st gen that I have owned since new.....did a full restore on it last year ! One drive in this baby and you know you are in a real truck.......

Welcome! I haven't been around here very long myself, and I just became a cub owner a few weeks ago. These folks are very friendly, and very willing to help with problems and questions. I look forward to see your restoration. That's a great looking cub already.

Thanks for the welcomes guys.......I may start a topic on my restore when I get the time as I may need a few pointers but for now I'll do some serious reading and part ordering while I swing some wrenches on the old girl before it gets to cold to work. My bones can't seem to handle the cold as well as they used to ......... :)
