What do you mean by a "cub cadet lo boy number 2" ?
There are two ways to get enough Cubs. One is to continue to accumulate more and more. The other is to desire less.

Near the bottom of the above link are some photos of the different style Farmall Cubs. Not included are the Cub Cadets produced by International Harvester, which are garden tractors. Notice that there are several different style tractors frequently called "Low Boys".

Back to the original question, will a Cub or Cub Cadet pull a plow. Answer, yes. The plow and plow hook up differes - depending on which style Cub (tractor) or Cub Cadet (garden tractor) you have.
