Soda blasting results ++++
I read about this a while back and decided to give it a try today after work. Found a short piece of feed line at the shop and I picked up a .75 cent box of baking soda.
Boy was I ever amazed with the results, the carb looks like new again.
Took only a few mins. and yes I recommend some type of face cover for breathing.
I also believe this could be done very easy while the carb's on the tractor...
Very pleased, shocked and amazed.

Seeing is believing, but it is hard for me to understand how a medium that feels so soft in texture can clean so effectively.

I went over it several times when only one swip was all that was needed. I was amazed that the gas stains, dirt and all just disappeared.

Mark, we run around 150 lbs but while doing this job I held the air blower about half open, it really doesn't take much pressure to do the job.
I highly recommend geting some type of breathing cover for protection. Even the cheap rubber band toss aways would help a lot.

Any type of blow nozzle will work, I picked that one up at Walmart.
