Filters at cost month @ NAPA

Postby Thackery » Mon Feb 20, 2012 10:00 am

This was probably already covered but I just called NAPA to get my zero turn mower's replacement air filter.
The clerk said filters are sold @ cost this month.
This worked out great for me. The mower place quoted some incredible price like $65.00 but told me like he was going to get fired to try NAPA.
I called NAPA a couple of months ago and they said $35.00 which was way better, of course they had to order it in since it is not a stock item.
So I didn't order it at that time. I called today and it is $16. and change. I ordered 2.

The late bird gets the worm once in a while.

Call NAPA while you can.

Thackery.

The NAPA sales are not at all stores. The owner of each store decides what and when to put something on sale. Our local store is owned by a chain called Auto Plaza and Tire (they do not sell tires). There sales do not match what many people post on here.

Our local NAPA, which is privately owned, has an oil filter 1/2 price sale on the 1st and 3rd Friday of each month. This is for all of their filters. Wish I could remember to go by there on the 1st and 3rd Friday of each month.

Just go by and buy a bunch at one time. Can save you several trips. :)
