Re: Larry G's 1957I have seen that Cub many times up close and I can sure say it is one fine looking little critter.
I don't believe in taking the bull by the horns. I took a goat by the horns once and that was enough excitement for me.

Andy, that is a Mott belly mount flail mower. They also come as a fast hitch mount. I don't believe in taking the bull by the horns. I took a goat by the horns once and that was enough excitement for me.

Re: Larry G's 1957Thanks Barnyard! I really like the look of that thing. I've been browsing around for a flail mower, its one of the things near the top of my dream sheet, didn't realize til now that they could be belly mounted.
On a side note, that before pic looks like it may have been a good candidate for the PO thread. Was the steering wheel dropped with that flatbar so he could sit on the battery? Talk about a "hot seat"
