New Purchase

Postby tractordad » Thu Mar 15, 2012 9:21 am

Well, I broke down purchased a Super AV. Always had my eye out for one. The PO did some work and repainted it however could not find the proper decal set so went with what he could find. Should be home in the next few weeks.

Very nice!! I still kick myself everytime I see a Super AV. There used to be 2-3 in my community, one of which lived its entire life within a mile and a half of my house--owned by two different owners. The second owner offered it to me when he decided to quit gardening and like a dummy I didn't get it.....btw it was a kerosene/distillate burner like my grandfather's Super A...... :(

Shouldn't be a problem John. He is rather a tall guy.

I must agree. Even though I'm tall, it's a bit of a climb getting on board.

I really like that one, first one I've ever seen and it really looks good.
Although I don't know if those front wheels would last long on the hill sides around here

Those were primarily cultivating tractors, so not much call for them on the side of a bluff.
