I started working on this a few weeks ago and got it done and up on 14 April 2012
The 41 inch rings are old steel wagon wheels, the large blade turns one way
and the small blade turns the other way, I put it up where it is so the Wife can see
It wile she is doing the dishes, and She Loves it,
