Interesting article today about the Iranian navy helping an American tanker with pirates. This is one of many recent instances of cooperation at sea. Too bad our diplomats don't have the wisdom of King Neptune. The Law Of The Sea will be around long after the politicians and diplomats are gone.

Yup, hopefully things like that will improve relations. My memory is not very good, but I seem to remember the US navy saving an Iranian ship and rescuing the sailors from pirates 2 or 3 months ago. That is how things start getting better, one small step at a time, not with a big treaty, one small step at a time.
