Lost at the Bash! Chain Found!

Postby Barnyard » Tue Jun 12, 2012 9:37 pm

Have you seen us? Video Doc lost a black fiberglass handle/rubber stanley style hammer. I am missing of of my shiney new 20 foot chains that was used for loading during the weekend.

If anyone remembers using these, please let me know where you had them last. I'm not ready to put them on milk cartons just yet.

If anyone is missing anything let me know and I will watch for it.

There are two ways to get enough Cubs. One is to continue to accumulate more and more. The other is to desire less.

Bill, I'm assuming you checked and rechecked all the equipment on the pallets, the loader cub, and the front of the H. I'll bet the last piece of equipment moved or the last thing pulled around will be where it's at. I'll send David Grapes and Bob Phillips a PM to see if they remember.

I checked the pallets. The H was moved before some of the other stuff was with the chain. I just fired up the H and moved it again the other day (I'm starting to like that thing, but Harley stays in the barnyard :)). As big as the barn is, I m sure it was just misplaced. I figure it would be easier to locate if someone remembers using it. It could not have gone far. I also checked the grass a couple days ago. My main concern is not the chain so much, but finding it the hard way with a mower.

The chain has been located. It took an unexpected ride to a faraway state. I will get it back at a future CubFest. Now I can mow that high grass in peace.

Earlier, Dozer and I went to look around the barnyard.

No Rush! It is not in the way. I just moved it closer to the barn. We had moved it to get the campers in. It hasn't eaten since it got here. :D
