Re: IsaacAt our place , we still have utility power for now. Winds gusting maybe 50 and predicted 22" of rain. we are still at the outer edge so it will get stronger and be an interesting day or two.

We'd love to take some of that rain off your hands up here in Missouri...you're in our thoughts and prayers. Stanton

Re: IsaacWe are alive and well here in Raceland. We got slammed pretty bad starting about 3am this morning. We are in the eye of the storm right now, waiting for the next half. No major damage in my neighborhood.
Re: Isaac
Eric , glad you guys are ok. We are wet and 50 mph winds,. so not bad. The second half as some may not know (edit: when the eye passes over you ) , the wind switches direction and things get interesting when the trees bend the opposite direction.
Re: IsaacWe're getting some pretty good gust as I type. No rain yet, but it's within an hour or so away. Should be down to a tropical depression by this time tomorrow.
Re: IsaacSun is still shining but getting 25 30 mph gust. Schools will be closed Thursday and Friday.

Re: IsaacNo damage to speak of at the home place. We got out today and went to town and came across this sad sight. It had been for sale with no bargaining allowed. Thought you might like to see this.
